One of the most rewarding things I see over a coaching day is confidence steadily building as decisions start to feel more natural.

Pete came to the day with a very strong background — experienced, methodical, and already comfortable with observation and structure. What made the difference wasn’t more theory, but reinforcing good decisions in real time and letting confidence catch up with capability.

    He put it simply:

“My confidence grew throughout the day thanks to your excellent coaching.
I’m now aiming for my advanced qualification and a bigger bike next year.”

Progress doesn’t come from hero rides — it comes from calm, consistent improvements.

A full day of riding in mixed weather conditions. We focused on decisions around positioning and speed, driven by early observation and hazard perception. The result speaks for itself:

“What a day of riding with Andy.

We experienced rain and shine but that just made the ERS more realistic. The format of the day was clear from the get go and having comms through the ride really was beneficial.

Being able to discuss situations as they happened was really valuable and I felt my riding style shift over the day. Andy is very concise with feedback and provided examples when he was leading. A good mix of general conversation and teaching moments.

It truly was an invaluable day and I would recommend it to anyone as there’s always something new to learn.

    Thank you!!!”

A full day on the road, letting confidence build progressively by allowing the rider to work at his own pace — easing pressure without losing focus. Creating space to think clearly and make better decisions is often what unlocks improvement.

Feedback like this from Laurence makes the job particularly rewarding:

“Many thanks for such an enjoyable and rewarding ERS Day. I can’t recommend Andrzej’s training highly enough — he made an apprehensive rider feel at ease, communicated clearly, and shared observations and advice freely to help improve my riding.

A full day on the road was a really valuable experience, and riders of any level would benefit from time spent together. It will undoubtedly improve what you do. Cheers!”

Sometimes seeing really is believing. Once this rider had the opportunity to follow and experience positioning principles in practice, rather than just discuss them, things began to click into place.

Over the course of the day we could both see a clear positive shift developing. Feedback like this from Pawel speaks for itself:

“A highly valuable day of riding, learning, and real skill development – with a strong focus on each rider’s individual weak points. Andrzej’s extensive knowledge was shared in a simple, clear, and very accessible way, even during relaxed conversations over coffee.

The great atmosphere, positive approach, and almost ‘family‑like’ vibe make learning feel natural and stress‑free. All you need to do is listen to the guidance and start applying it in practice – the results are noticeable immediately on the road.”

Seeing things from a different angle can be helpful regardless of your level of experience. Chris is a very experienced and confident rider, yet this training session has highlighted some opportunities for safer and more advantageous positioning. Recognising those details often brings an extra layer of confidence and clarity on the road. In his own words:

“I have recently completed the ERS training with Andy at Enhance our Ride, where I learned advanced techniques for cornering, braking, and hazard avoidance that I never would have picked up on my own. Andy was knowledgeable and patient, providing personalised feedback that helped me identify and correct my specific weaknesses and bad habits. I have been riding motorbikes for over 40 years on and off, even so, the training gave me greater sense of confidence and riding discipline….”

Sometimes it requires a little more patience to make more – and safer – progress. Matt was an experienced rider who has come back to biking after a break. The training session provided insight that helped him find a better balance between progress and restraint. I was very pleased to have received the below feedback from Matt:

“Thanks so much for guiding me through the ERS training last week. Initially I was excited to be taking part and looking forward to learning new skills and I was not disappointed. What I didn’t expect was such a competent and approachable coach. It felt like you had a lot of time to give and were happy to be teaching the course….”
